Processing Times

Custom or made-to-order items (such as 3D prints) may require additional time. Any extended production times will be clearly listed in the product description.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
We package all items securely to ensure safe delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim or reshipping when possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

Wolffang’s Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you made an error, contact us immediately—changes can only be made before your order ships.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
